After a long week of being sick and struggling to get anything done we are packing our bags and heading out on a little road trip! Its funny, but every time I go on a road trip my mind always thinks of this Kate Spade ad campaign. I wish I was this chic on the road!!
We will be meeting up with family in Surprise and attending the race on Sunday at Phoenix International Raceway. It will be nice to spend some extra time with the boy (who has been a trooper this week!), see our family from out of state, and feel some sunshine! Not to mention road trips are always kicked off with breakfast and I am craving pancakes!

Have a fun trip -- is it a reasonable temperature in Arizona yet? I hope so! My boyfriend's folks live in AZ and whenever we go to visit, I enjoy Macayo's Mexican restaurant (and their margaritas). Enjoy!
