I really can't tell you how many times I have been asked to start blogging again… and to be honest this is the first time in apparently a year and a half I have even looked at my own blog! In a weird way… I have almost forgot how to do everything I used to do (html? bloglovin? I can't remember you!) so it would be like putting the training wheels back on and starting from scratch.
Anyways I guess I was wondering if there was anyone still out there and if you would be interested in seeing the weekend file come back to life?! Comment, Instagram, Snap me-- whatever it is I would love to know!

So its May.. the last time I posted was in March, so sorry about that! Honestly, with Instagram being so quick and easy I almost just "micro" blog what I want to put out there and bam! Feeling fulfilled!
But we have been busy, we finally put in a front yard (YAY!) so our house is about 95% complete. Its been a long project but I love that we have re-done nearly everything and made it our own!
My birthday is around the corner.. the big 3-0. Excited to start a new chapter, but sad the 20's are all behind me.
Anyways, if you want to keep up on a more regular basis add me on Instagram @im_hayley

I am loving Lush Jewelry lately because they are based out of San Diego (local, yay!) and make the most beautiful bohemian inspired jewelry. If you haven't heard of them, take a minute to look at their beautiful website. Each piece is made with responsibly sourced materials and it is all handmade and intricately designed!
They sent over this fun brass necklace 'Badriya' with a little turquoise stone, and you all know how much I love my turquoise and I have been wearing it non stop. Beautiful designed and totally reminds me of something you would find at a chic flea market or vintage store.
And lucky you… Lush Jewelry is offering my readers 30% off with the discount code 'CHIC30'.
Heading to Vegas for a long weekend and staying at the Vdara, kinda excited to be at a non gaming hotel, maybe I won't loose all my money this way! Any new restaurants or shops I should check out??
