My Second Stitchfix

As you know, I was smitten with the first service (click here to check that out and find out a little bit more about the service!) that I got from Stitchfix so I decided to try it out again and get a second shipment. After working with the girls there a second time, I have to give a shootout to how nice and on top of everything they are there. I had a little mixup with my billing, and it was handled so quickly and nicely, I was so impressed!
If there is anything you see here that you like or want, you can always request specific items to be sent to you in your fix! How cool is that? If you have gotten a fix and posted about it, share the link below! I would love to see what you got!!

So wanna see what I got in my second box?
THML Shari Eyelet Cardigan-
This cardigans as hard to photograph, but it was a grey cardigan, and the back was an eyelet cut out print. I thought the sweater was pretty basic, I could shave gone either way with it but my final decision was that I just didnt need another simple grey cardi in my closet! I passed on this item.

Bluejuice Larisa Cropped Drape Jacket-
This jacket as an olive green color, didnt have any clasps in the front and was cropped and supposed to kind of hang in the front. Because fit was cropped, it ended up hanging oddly in the front. I would have liked for this jacket to be much longer and oversized so that the front really made a statement. I didn't keep this item either.

RD International Gigi Border Ikat Cami-
I really liked the length and print on this cami! It is pretty sheer, so I grabbed my trusty chambray button up and threw it over and I was instantly smitten. This blouse could also look like a whole different top when tucked in, because you would only be seeing the blue and brown print! I liked that this seemed so versatile so it was a keeper!!!

Aryn K Day to Night Sabina Sleeveless Dress-
I was pretty excited to see this beautiful tangerine color in my box and I really liked the dress! It was a great material and so easy to wear but way too big on me! You can see how that center seem is drooping in the front. Had I wanted to tailor this dress or get another size, I would have really had fun styling this! I could also imagine it looking great in the fall with boots and a cute coat!

Amour Vert Coco Striped Tank-
I liked this tank and thought hadI had to go somewhere that moment, I would have liked my outfit and been ready! My only issue with the top was that I always look at how to wear things multiple ways and the front zipper only zipped down to the band, not through the band, therefor I couldn't wear it open as a vest or secondary layer. But I really loved the fit and who doesn't love a stripe? I passed on this item, but I did like it!

So my second fix was pretty fun and I am already gearing up to get my third! I think I am going to retake my style profile and fill it out a little differently for the third round and try out some different, more bohemian and printed looks! If you have been thinking of getting a fix, you can head to the Stitchfix website and sign up here

  3. I signed up for stitchfix and ordered my first fix on your recommendation. I used your link from last time, so I hope you got credit. I can't figure out how to tell if I got credit. I wasn't super thrilled with my items (I posted about them here: http://bit.ly/L9gjkQ) but I love this box. I'm definitely going to have to try again. I love the cami and the Aryn K dress. I hope to have more stuff like that in my box this time. I didn't keep anything from my box. What were the price points on the Aryn K dress and the cami if you don't mind me asking?

    1. Hey Megan! Thanks for using my code!! The dress might have been around 65? and I know the cami was $40 because I bought it! I make sure to list the items by name here because you can always request specific items for your box. I also read their blog to see which items they are posting about, I requested a dress specifically for my box this time!

  4. Aryn K dresses seem to be sized so weird! All the ones I've gotten are way too small! The one they sent you is beautiful, though.

I also got that cami in a past Fix and decided against it. It looks way better on you than it did on me!

  5. so... I'm confused. how much do you pay for the clothes?

    1. danielle- you get a packing slip with the price of each item listed. your $20 styling fee applies to an item if you keep one. So if you like a $40 sweater, then you only owe $20 for the sweater! If you like everything in your box and want to keep it, they discount the entire purchase 25%! You also can fill out on your style profile your price ranger preference. Hope this helps!

    1. Yeah it "fit" but the waist line was like stretched out so the front pleat hung weird!
